Dufu Technology Corp. Berhad and all its subsidiaries (“Dufu”) intend to take the following steps with respect to our due diligence process to further mitigate any risk that any Conflict Minerals in our raw materials and products could benefit armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries by:
- Require supplier not to source the 3TG from sources that directly or indirectly benefit or finance armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries & where possible, source 3TG from smelters and refiners that are validated as being conflict free
- Continue to identify suppliers whose supplies contain 3TG by requiring suppliers to provide conflict minerals declaration base on the RMI Reporting Template
- Assist our customers in implementing their conflict minerals programs
- Reconsider our willingness to partner with suppliers that fail to comply with this Policy
